Schedule a PopUp Spirit Night!!

We're proud to support our local communities! One of the best ways we "give back" is with a non-profit Spirit Night.

Here's How It Works:

Encourage your school or group to purchase POPUP DRINK THRU on a designated day.

After the event- we pay you 25% of the sales your group purchased (before tax). Easy right?

No candy bars, no cookie dough, no fun runs, no spaghetti dinners!

First:

Contact us!   Email hello@drinkpopup.com

We'll work to find a mutually convenient date. 

We'll provide a digital flyer that you send to your group members. (See Sample Above)

The schools with the most success- especially with younger kids- a paper flyer sent home with students is the big difference maker.

We are happy to print and deliver at our expense paper flyers for your students.

Second:

Promote Well!  Take ACTION! The Success of the Event Depends on YOU!

Put "PopUP Spirt Night" with the event date on the school reader board sign and school calendar.

Email blast Spirit Night Info along with the digital flyer to your group in advance. Send often.\

Send home paper flyers we can provide to you at our expense.

Share on Social Media- ask your group to share with their family and friends as well.

Remind your group with emails, text blasts or Groupme type messages on the day of the event

Come to the event and purchase LOTS OF DRINKS and COOKIES Make sure you tell the POPUP staff that you are with your Group

25% of of the pre-tax total will go to your group. We'll cut a check usually a week or so after the event.

Dos and Don'ts:

Do: 

Talk up the event and make it fun- remind folks where the money goes- new books, field trips, charity etc.

Send digital flyers to your friends and family- forward emails.

Send home our paper flyers.

Use social media!

Promote, Promote, Promote

Have class/group competitions etc

Remind your group to tell us that they are there for Spirit Night- we want you to get full credit for your hard work.

Don't:

Pass out flyers at the store location on the day of the event. Don't solicit customers in the store, drive thru to say they are with your group etc.
